Thanks to an equipment change, a rare Delta 747-400 served today's flight from Detroit. With Delta's plans to retire them by the end of the year and very few still around, it's likely this is the last time we'll see this beauty.

Flying is better with family. First Officer Luke Miller has been with the team at Alaska Airlines since August 2016. On March 13, Luke had someone special join him in the cockpit - his dad, Captain Matthew Miller! AS Flight 760 arriving from San Diego was the first flight that had them scheduled to operate together. Keep flying high, you two!
Still a puppy at ❤️, K-9 Liza works tirelessly to keep you safe at MCO. We celebrate her and all of our airport K-9s on #NationalPuppyDay
Our look may change but those palm tree vibes stay the same. Airside 1 in the 1980's. #TBT
Providing more options for nursing moms on the go, we've installed four new nursing suites throughout MCO. Each suite is ADA-accessible and comfortable spot to pump or nurse, with power/USB ports right inside. With these now installed, we have nursing options on all airside gate areas and in the main terminal, with more to come! We <3 our #MCOmoms
With NCAA March Madness, a PGA Golf tournament and Bike Week all happening during spring break season, this past weekend was a record-breaker at MCO. Saturday, March 18, was our busiest day in airport history, with 170,000 passengers passing through.

For today's inaugural service to Portland, we teamed up with Portland International Airport for something never done before, a carpet exchange! PeeDee, PDX's lovable carpet character made the inaugural flight over from Portland to his new home in Orlando and we sent off "McCoy Force One", a paper airplane made completely out of MCO carpet, over to Portland on the first flight there. A gesture of goodwill to kick off this awesome new daily nonstop route with Alaska Airlines.
The inaugural Alaska Airlines Portland service starts today! The plane is here and it's time to get wet with a water salute. 💦
