Denver International Airport will join businesses, organizations and governments in cities around the world by turning off select lights for one hour this Saturday night as part of the global Earth Hour initiative.This is the fifth year that DEN has participated in Earth Hour, which takes place from 8:30-9:30 p.m. on Saturday, as a symbolic recognition of the airport’s commitment to sustainability and reducing its environmental impact.

We absolutely LOVE when our four-legged furry passengers are highly satisfied - and "relieved." That is why we have pet relief rooms on each of the concourses, conveniently located in the centers of Concourses A, B and C. The rooms are the airport’s first pet relief areas located post security.

An innovative use of the old Stapleton airport tower in Denver!
In 1995, Denver shuttered the Stapleton International Airport. For about two decades, its old air traffic control tower stood vacant while new homes, restaurants and businesses grew up around it into what is now one of the largest urban redevelopment sites in the country.
Did you know there is a non-stop flight between DEN and London everyday on British Airways? Fun fact: approximately 480 daily passengers travel between Denver and the U.K. with London making up about 80% of those passengers, Manchester making up 8%, Edinburgh making up 5% and Glasgow 4%. #UKinCO
