We’re advancing our baggage system! From Jan 17 to Feb 19, we’ll be working to connect our baggage system in the International Terminal to the Domestic Terminal to increase capacity, and to better accommodate our passengers.

Due to a water main break in one of our Parkades (P2), vehicle entrance into the P2 parking area is closed. Guests can retrieve their vehicles and exit via the Passenger Tunnel located by the InfoCentre on the Arrivals Level at Door 15.
Please visit a Customer Care Ambassador at the InfoCentre for more information and/or assistance. Guests departing to an international or U.S. destination will need to park in Parkade 1.

Today we celebrated a major milestone as we welcomed our 16 millionth passenger on the busiest travel day of the season. We marked the occasion with a 'Sweet 16' theme, complete with a candy buffet, cupcakes, and a special gift to passengers on WestJet's Belize flight carrying the 16 millionth passenger.
